RETURNS

We have a zero-return policy, except for damaged items. To request a return, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the product’s condition within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be requested within 2 days, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at info@manifestingwithshraddha.com to start a return. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions to follow for a successful return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
