To ensure the longevity of your beaded jewelry, handle it gently and avoid tugging or pulling, as this can strain the elastic or loosen the beads. Keep the jewelry away from chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and cleaning products, as these substances can discolor the beads and weaken the elastic. Store your pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Additionally, avoid wearing the bracelet while showering or bathing, as this may cause the bead colors to lighten.
 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, to process any returns for damaged items, you must record an unboxing video while opening the package. This video should clearly show the condition of the product upon receipt.

If the product arrives damaged, please send us the unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Without this video evidence, we regret that we will be unable to accept any return requests.
